What is SwoopStuff?

I bought something through SwoopStuff - how do I get my order?

Direct Ship Swoop: If you fill out your shipping information at check out on YouSwoop, this means your order ships directly to you. Once you complete this information your order in complete. There is nothing to do now but anxiously check that mailbox each day.
Swoop Certificate Redemption: If you are not asked for shipping information at check out on YouSwoop, this means you will need to redeem your Swoop Certificate ID number on the merchant’s website. The step by step instructions on how to redeem can be found on the bottom half of your Swoop Certificate under the “How to Swoop” section.

My Swoop Certificate redemption is not working on the merchant’s website. What do I do?

For any issues with codes, please contact the merchant directly. All customer service contact information can be found on your Swoop Certificate.

How long will it take to receive my “Stuff”?

YouSwoop’s merchants do their very best to provide you with accurate shipping details. Check for the delivery window in the fine print of the deal or on your Swoop Certificate.

How do shipping fees work?

All shipping fees will be stated in the deal's fine Print and may vary by merchant. Most products purchased through YouSwoop may be shipped to any state in the United States except Hawaii and Alaska. Some deals have more restricted shipping options, while others may ship anywhere in the world, so please check the fine print for specific details.

Can I return items I buy from SwoopStuff for a refund?

All sales are final on YouSwoop unless they arrive damaged or defective. If they are damaged or defective, you are eligible for an exchange from the merchant.

My item arrived damaged or defective, how do I exchange it?

Direct Ship Swoop: Please contact YouSwoop customer service within 15 days upon receiving your SwoopStuff. We will take the necessary steps to get you that exchange as soon as possible.
Swoop Certificate Redemption: Please refer to your Swoop Certificate for detailed information on how to exchange your items. There will be contact information for the merchant and what steps you need to take for your exchange.

Is there a warranty on Swoop Stuff?

All items sold through YouSwoop.com are sold as is. In some cases you may be able to obtain a manufacturer’s warranty.

Is sales tax included in the price I am paying?

Yes, all sales tax is included in the Swoop price.
