You may not be Jimmy Fallon and you’ve never stepped foot on stage since the first grade, don’t give up on your dreams of comedy. McKay Arts Management offers beginners improv comedy classes that will hone your razor-sharp wit into a hilarious stage act. Second City alumnus Antoine McKay teaches the classes and has experience to back it all up. He wrote and performed over 20 shows with Second City and appeared in “Prison Break”, “ER” and “The Weatherman.” Classes are Mondays at 8 p.m. and Saturdays at noon. Everyone is encouraged to participate and classes are kept at a maximum of 20 people to let everyone get individual instruction. At the end of your five week course, you and your classmates will perform an improv show to put those lessons to work.
