Although you’ll still be on the grind in terms of working out, you’ll also get some ultimate relaxation time at this resort. The day of pampering package includes your choice of a cleansing facial or any 55-minute massage. So you can choose from a Swedish massage, soleful foot massage, aroma massage, triple threat massage, barefoot back massage and raindrop detoxifying massage. It also includes their essential manicure, and milk and honey pedicure. Your toes will bathe in milk and wild honey. Then they’ll get moisturized and exfoliated. A leg massage will top off the pedicure, along with all of the trimming, shaping, cuticle care and a touch of OPI polish for your fingers and toes.

For the overnight stay package, you’ll check-in at 2:30 for a tour and orientation to discuss and design the next day’s activities. You’ll get an $80 spa credit to use on everything from waxing and hair services to massages, facials and mani-pedis. Then you’ll get to choose from a variety of fitness classes for all levels, like yoga, tai chi, Pilates, aerobics and more. Then take some down time to either walk around the lake or watch a movie. The day is divided into a set schedule that you can customize to do as much or as little as you like.
