Your pass gives you access to one dance-filled day of the three-day event. Choose from more than 20 dance workshops during the day: salsa, stepping, line dancing, zumba and more. After learning to shake and shimmy with expert instructors, you can attend the Dance Championship Finals, where dancers will compete for $30,000 in cash prizes. After the competition ends, three rooms will feature live music, such as Joe and Howard Hewett, with dancing until 2 a.m. A VIP pass gets you access to the VIP welcome reception on Thursday night, starting at 8 p.m. with food, dancing and two complimentary beverages. Then on Friday, VIPs get priority table seating, two drinks, dinner and gift bags for the road. Collaborative Dance Entertainment holds the Windy City National Steppers Congress each year to benefit local charities and promote healthy life through fitness and dance.
