Caterer in chief Aleta Williams will ensure a Valentine’s victory with her gourmet cuisine. The Cordon Bleu graduate prides herself on whipping up delectable, refreshing meals and delivering outstanding customer service. To that end, Williams will work with you to come up with a four-course menu customized to your tastes, with dishes like prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella and basil, bacon-wrapped filet mignon and chocolate rum cake with strawberries and whipped cream. On the big day, she’ll travel straight to your kitchen, with groceries in tow, and start prepping the forthcoming feast. You and your honey can help prepare the meal during a cooking lesson with Williams (additional guests can join for $50 each), but you can also feel free to crack open a bottle of vino and relax while she works her culinary magic.
